I began to see the results of all the hard work and training!

On January 14, 2008 you started me on a very strict meal plan with the goal of dropping some unwanted inches and pounds. My initial goal was to just see if I would have the discipline to stick to the eating plan. I found that if you want something, you will find the discipline and will power to do it or make it happen.

I did just that, I stay true to the meal plan for 4 months and loss 22 pounds and 4 inches off my waist.

Initially it was hard and very challenging, but as time went by it became easier as I began to see the results of all the hard work and training.

If you work at something, it will mean so much to you when you achieve it than if it was just given to you without any effort on your part.

The saying is true
“You Will Never Get What You’ve Never had,
Until You Do What You’ve Never Done”
