I’ve been participating in a Stewart Fitness boot camp / group fitness class at least once a week at my workplace for over 2 years. I added a Stewart Fitness Core class within the past year. The core class has helped tremendously with overall Core strength and in my rehabilitation of a hip injury. The combination of these two classes along with my own personal workouts has had a tremendous effect in my goal of becoming a faster runner (5ks, in particular). For my first 5k of the 2011 season I finished in 22:45. My fastest 5k (on Thanksgiving, 2011) was 19:24, which is as fast as some of my better times from high school! I could not have attained those results without the help of Stewart Fitness.
