I have found a decrease in muscle soreness and an increase in flexibility!

Just wanted to thank you for introducing me to the foam roller as an alternative form of stretching. I use the roller before and/or after my workouts. It has been especially helpful after my long runs. I wish I knew about the roller years ago. I have found a decrease in muscle soreness and an increase in flexibility. Everyone should have the small 1 ft. roller!
