Kevin Stewart of Stewart Fitness along with his wife Jenn, are two amazing people. My name is Reed and I am an employee at Cardinal Fitness where most of the time, you will see either Kevin or Jenn there, working out or working with their clients. I myself have very much so been into fitness and athletics. I played tennis and wrestled all four years of high school, and even started working out at the YMCA with my mom when I was fourteen. But, when I went down to IU, I did not work out on a consistent basis for two years and weighed almost 165 lbs and for a short guy, that is not good. Well I lost about 25 lbs and started getting into the gym about 4-5 times a week when Kevin approached me about trying out a body building competition. At first, didn’t sound like something I was interested in. But after talking it over with Kevin, I decided I wanted to give it a try. Plus knowing that Kevin himself won competitions and trained body builders, I was confident he could get me ready for one. Kevin took me under his wing and 10 weeks later, after a hard dieting, training, and posing routine- I went from a 155 lb semi-cut guy, to a 133 lb completely shredded, ripped, cut to the bone body builder. I reached a body fat percentage in the area of 3-4 and was the best shape I have ever been in my life to date. I competed in two, not one, competitions and over the 4 weight classes I competed in (two in the Bantum weight divisions, and two in the Lightweight divisions) I was able to receive three1st place trophies and one 3rd. I only have Kevin and Jenn of Stewart Fitness to thank, who took to heart training and coaching me through the grueling weeks of preparation for the competions. They know so much in the area of fitness, exercising, and most certainly dieting and can really tell that helping people is their passion. I recommend Stewart Fitness to anyone, no matter what your goals are, they can help you.
